Same experience, which is why I’m building my discord community so that we all have a place to talk business and not feel weird or guilty about it!
True, but at $10M/week it’s still pretty bonkers.
I agree with what you said, but just a heads up, those monkey jpegs are still selling and doing crazy volume daily.
I’d honestly just study Alex Hormozi and his gymlaunch model. Don’t reinvent the wheel, his strategy clearly works for gyms. I’d study that and see if you can talk to other people that have used gymlaunch to see if you can get some insights from them.
This is awesome! Great job. Gave you a follow on X.
Web design & SEO. My employer at the time needed a website and said “you do graphic design, make it!”… I didn’t even bother to correct him and just said ok! Haha.
Loved it ever since.
Here. I have an accountant that helps me file my taxes, that’s about it.
Hire fast, fire faster. From what it sounds like, all you need is a team to manage.
Savage. I’d love to interview you on my podcast if you’re up for it.
I’d rather have 70% of a watermelon than 100% of a grape.
If you’re selling online and you have any amount of considerable volume, you absolutely should be including amazon in your strategy.
Local SEO. Flyers. Partnerships with other complementary businesses.
I’m surprised everyone’s basically telling you to tell the guy to F off lol.
Use his passion to your advantage. Ask him if he wants to be a sales person or a lead generator for a commission of each sale he brings in.
I’d offer a solution to work together with you having the leverage since you have the “know how”.
Need a website redesign by chance? We can get some pretty awesome keyword targeting and landing pages built so you can expense it now and actually have it generate more revenue for you next year.

I’ve responded to cold emails on things I actually want or need. 99.9% of them get deleted immediately
Not necessarily, but You’ll definitely run into products optimized for keywords. It’s best to do that.
I setup my Ecom store on WooCommerce (wordpress) or shopify and then sync my products to Merchant Center.
Google Merchant Center is used to sell products online through Google’s network. Like when you google a product and you see the products under the “shopping” tab.
How many new customers do you bring in per month? Has that number been decreasing? A lot of what you mentioned you’re doing sounds great for customer retention and repeat buyers, but it sounds like you may be missing the mark on acquiring new customers.
I would recommend some local SEO (I’m biased because that’s my profession) but honestly if you’re somewhat tech savvy and know how to edit your own website, you can do it yourself with enough time and research.
Any questions, I’m an open book!
My theory was the with inflation so high, people were not shopping all year and saving up to go crazy on BFCM. My forecast (personally) was a record breaking year due to this.
