I’d talk with them first. If that doesn’t stop it then just get rid of them and move on. Hell, I’ve fired 4 this year already. I don’t have time to screw around with shit employees.

Plenty of dumb ones in my area:
Chasing Cars
Pho Express Noodles
Deckhand Social
Just all dumb names for restaurants. The Car one is already out of business.
Makes me feel great getting rid of employees that aren’t worth a shit. All they are doing is taking money out of my pocket.
Every business is different. I’m seasonal so November is always slow for me. I’m still up 5% over last year.
The good ones I give some money (e.g. $200 - $300). The others nothing.

Reporting it won’t do shit unfortunately. The review system is broken for business owners.
Even when I get bad reviews my response as the owner is always the same line, “Thanks for the great review!”
You are gonna get bad reviews. Nothing you can do about it. Google won’t take them down.
It’s the ease at which they can apply for jobs. Just push a couple button on a keyboard and apply to 10 jobs at once without doing anything.
