Give her a mentor.
It’s hard to know what is going wrong, when you just say she ‘sucks’ and ‘everything she touches turns to shit’.
Pair her up with someone who sees her potential and can make the most of her qualities (everyone has strengths).
I don’t think you are the person to do this, given your assessment of her and her work.
Make your company an ethical startup. Put a % of your profits towards social issues/ speciality education. It can be part of your brand or separate from your business. Do your passion projects as you go, don’t wait until ‘after’ because life is too short to wait.

Nope, they’ll have their own path in life. Passing a business down the line makes many people feel obliged to continue with it and trapped.

Honestly, thrilled for you! People bang on about money, and yes it’s important. But there is also real joy in getting stuff out in the world and seeing how people respond. Try your app with more test users, it will spur you on.
I chose to be an entrepreneur instead of having kids. Both take massive amounts of time and effort, it really depends on your priorities and disposition.
For me, being an entrepreneur won out :) For you, it sounds like having kids did :)
It’s not a feel good answer, I worked in corporate business development, market research and marketing for 25 years. My job was to ensure that new businesses, products and services launched successfully.
I would focus on creating an experience that is fantastic for your customers! They’re the ones paying you. If they are your competitors audience, then so be it, but I wouldn’t go after them specifically.
Market research whether the outdoor adventure sector needs advertising and graphic design support.
Is anyone else succeeding in their sales team? Is the business succeeding? Do you have a sales mentor?
If no to the above questions, get out. Your anxiety and burnout is trying to tell you this is failing and won’t get better.
Market research tell you there was a real need for this? That it’s solving a major problem for people that they would pay for?
Do you know how you would reach people? How big the market is? How much they would pay?
Do you see any patterns in yourself for the times you were in a state of flow, and really happy and successful? Where things came easily to you and money flowed in.

Any ideas what your target will be for 2024?
School for me, I just loved university, research and learning! And frankly those are the very same skills I brought to being a successful entrepreneur. My field needs you to be able to learn quickly and on the run.
Of course, there are other fields that don’t require this as much. But it’s a handy skill to have and saved me money in setting up my business.
I’d say the lesson is actually do your market research upfront.
