  • You have to look at it from your clients prospective.

Will this $75 monthly plus 25 mailers give me a ROI. Let say they pay $2 per mailer or whatever you send out ($50 bucks) so all in per month it’s $125.

Will this $125 give me jobs to make a roi on it? They would rather do PPC from google ads and from what I can tell it’s about $2.35 a click for floor installation which is 53 users visiting their landing page. If on the low end 2% convert that’s 1 legit paying customers result in hundreds of dollars roi on installing flooring.

So your software has to bring value to them to keep you. Solve that and you’ll increase your rev.

  • If it’s a part of your value proposition don’t charge them and bake it into your paint price. It helps to change your mindset of my art is cheaper then other therefore you’ll buy it. Into I’m an expert in what I do so clients pay for my expert work. Same applies to any service your in.

Once clients knows your an expert they will pay expert price.

  • No one sues for $300 bucks. I’ve been sued over 20 times for 10s to 100s of thousands of dollars, and 95% of them either lost or I settled to save my time flying there and money dealing with BS. Yes, she can chargeback, but you can reply and dispute that chargeback with your bank that the item was delivered, and the responsibility is out of your control. So, you’ll still win. You’ve already done your part to ship the item and have proof of its arrival. Your job is done. This is probably your buyer being very unlucky, and someone stole her package, or she is scamming and trying to come up with a bogus story. If i were you, If you have time, let her sue you, and when you go to small claims court, provide your evidence, and the judge will always side on your part. since youve done what was needed to ship the item to her. Shell lose the the filing cost of 75 bucks or so and youll be on your way.

  • Not sure your level of these sectors but maybe look into doing partnership with local influencers who align with your brand to expand your reach. Collabs can include joint events, product features, or social media takeovers. Influencer marketing can introduce your cafe to new people. Lastly encourage customers to share their experiences on social media using a dedicated hashtag. Have those plastic menu holder things to let people know how repost UGC on your official accounts to build a sense of community and authenticity around your cafe. And im not sure if you caught on, but we live in a world of being shallow, you want your clients to flex where they are at. So make sure the space is nice, and food Looks and taste good.

Take a proactive approach by strategically lowering prices man, sending timely alerts and promos, and quickly moving inventory, even if it means taking a L. The longer you hold onto stock without action, the more detrimental it becomes to your bottom line, as opportunities to generate revenue diminish.
