My Black Friday/Cyber weekend is going horrendously bad. Down 60% from last year, that bad.

It’s giving me vomit inducing anxiety as I brought in extra stock for this sale and now it’s gonna be hell to pay them off.

I know it’s late but is there anything I can do to turn it around?

    Email Every. single. Day

Make them fun, entertaining, crazy customer stories etc. Have fun with it but stay consistent. People are getting hammered by messages right now and you need to ride above all that.

I like it, i’m a bit nervous about emailing every day but seems most others also think it’s the go so gives me more confidence to try it

I’d consider texting and social media messaging too. Nothing huge or expensive till you see it work, secondly start looking for a place to dump some if you need liquidity. Find a group that you can sponsor relatively cheaply, not sure if organized cricket is played in schools or neighbor leagues.

Do it. From thanksgiving to cyber Monday you should have two emails and two texts a day. Pushing traffic to new offers. If yesterdays offer didn’t hit, try a new one today.

I get paid a lot of money to help eCommerce companies, I used to run a company doing +$30mil a year in ecom sales and let me tell you, if you’re not doing this right now you’re making a massive mistake. Go big on the offer and sale. Push for a higher AOV. Run all your winning ads for the year with and without BFCM angles. Scale winners and kill losers.
