Yes, my siblings and I love each other fiercely, yet we are sarcastic and unsupportive lots of times. I got a job outside the family business, and they both were a bit indignant about it. Similar pay much less hassle both of them could not believe it.

I’d consider texting and social media messaging too. Nothing huge or expensive till you see it work, secondly start looking for a place to dump some if you need liquidity. Find a group that you can sponsor relatively cheaply, not sure if organized cricket is played in schools or neighbor leagues.

I’d do anything except sell out to the shit talking employees,find somebody to carry on your hard work and the business name. Doing that would likely stick in your craw till your dying days

Damn sure wouldn’t do an owner finance, if they were viable potential owners they could get loans etc. If you have no sell to them jack up the price require a name change etc. Man they stuck you when it seems you were being a decent boss.
