I’m a one-person auto detailing shop. I’m small time and use this as my side gig. I need assistance with some web things, price lists, marketing, flyers, and some business automation things.
I’m happy to explain everything. I am simply too burnt out and busy to get these simple tasks completed and need to hire them out to get them off my to-do list as I simply don’t have the gas left in the tank or the executive function to get them done. These are nit complex tasks… I’m just blocked.

Sounds like you need a virtual assistant or personal assistant. My sister does VA for small businesses for $30/hr. I imagine prices vary widely by location. There’s Upwork and Fiverr for remote gigs too.
This is my business! Hiring and taking care of the backend of having a virtual assistant.
- $500/week is what I charge for offshore
- I can provide phone access
- I can provide a blind password manager
- I can provide remote monitoring tools that records the desktop etc if you want
I also have US based VA of varying skill levels, starts at $35-$50/hr

- Base earnings for VA (I pay way higher than my competitors)
- Business and insurance costs (you need legal accountability

You have a lot of good answers here, but the best thing you did (from a person who suffers from ADHD) is you identified you need help and you can’t do it all yourself. Some people get stuck and can’t identify they need the assistance

I’m actually a consultant and have small business packages that would cover everything your doing for a flat rate to get your started, our monthly maintenence can be a bit pricey but I don’t think you would need it if you were small. We can get an invoice platform, small website and phone app for automation, basic web marketing through fb/ig done for you for 2k.
From there you could likely manage it on your own until you get more clients and wouldn’t need us, though we would be happy to help you on board at no cost. We also do payment plans.

sure I can help - sign up on algocontentseo (i used this for an intake form) you can automate a handful of incoming calls to appointments - if you can block off your schedule
In in US, go to your local SBA office. They offer free guidance on precisely this.

You need a virtual assistant. They are fairly inexpensive and you can find them on fiverr or Upwork.

If you could more work and make more money than the costs of that individual they are worth the money. Get someone who is more “professional” than you, they will be neurotypical and you need a neurotypical person to better interface with the that world.
