This is basically Disneyworld, literally The Land exhibit at Epcot. And not everything they serve is made at the exhibit but they do own A LOT of cows.
Disneyworld bleeds money. I live here and talk to one of the higher ups in the company. They make tons of money on merchandising.

From someone who just had their lawn care guy stop doing stuff, trust me, they sometimes just stop showing up. I’m not sure why that is hard to believe considering the amount of complaints we see in this sub about people accepting a job and not showing up.

First off, I do believe that she is an employee, not a contractor but a contractor can use onsite if they also maintain their own worksite as well for other work.
The big test would be is if she is exclusive working for them or does she work at other companies doing this same work. She might do 4-5 hours at this job, 1-2 hours somewhere else.
The only reason she could be 1099 is if she is also working at other companies as well doing the same duties.
For phone calls, I have a call menu. Pressing any number sends you to me. If you just sit there long enough, you still get through to me but you have to sit through the call menu twice.
For emails, just delete and block.
