how successful is the cafe assuming folks just want food beverages?
if the pottery, candles, and houseplants not selling – then are they displayed well in the cafe? or just swap it out for wine (yes you will need a license etc )
-—
if small footprint - if customer brought a house plant in month 1 – probably will not buy another for a while
while ads are important - you mentioned that Theme days does well…so just create more theme days? not sure what that is – is it wine Tuesday? taco wednesday?
go look at the other boba shop - what products they sell and how is the customer service, the staff
just look and take notes
then go back to the business and look at eveything — is there a sign… is it clear etc
hi I sell hoodie designs - I looked at the site (note these are my 5 mins views)
monochrome i.e. mimimalist is okay - but the visuals on the site have to pop – maybe shift the background because on the home page on a pc its fuzzy so on a phone?
Brand name vs name on merchandise - ?
are you getting the customers because of ad spending? or are they “finding” you?
sure I can help - sign up on algocontentseo (i used this for an intake form) you can automate a handful of incoming calls to appointments - if you can block off your schedule
why can’t you sell some of the domain names? if they are valuable?
first make sure its really worth 6 - 7M if that value is coming from “assets” then make sure that the inventory has salable value …if the SBA will only lend 5m then offer 4.5M …hey just because the seller says 6 does not mean they won’t take 5M
Change up the flow …if the videos have the same feel then its basically need a fresh coat of paint
cant picture the vehicle - does it have an open back…
next deal make sure ur % is in the LLC
So I wrote up a contract for our partnership and asked for 15%(to be paid monthly) plus $5000 when we opened (which he agreed to) and waived the fees for the video.
He had an investor for $20k that said he’d invest once the LLC and basics were up and running.
it is possible that you mark up the parts because a) you used a sales tax id and you get a small 15% or so discount. so if you take the retail price of the parts - which you will get when you do the quote and add 25% to that (you went to pick up the parts etc - gas time) then you should get to a parts price.
depending on the complexity - you should not have “customer” bring you the parts - because at the end of the day – they expect a warranty …how you gonna warranty something u did not provide — you see this starts a long conversation
so
whatever it is in that will ensure that it doubles in 7 years - so the 250K becomes 500K then just let it double. you may need to sell something to get you out your current space - so what ever 50K can do - not sure what state you live in and how far that can go –
to be clear that would be selling the REITS (which may be down significantly) to go find a safe space
hope that helps - but it is easy for 250K to go poof
flooring installation tends to align with the product. depending on the market and house vs condo that work itself contractor likes to make something on top – not sure how the margins will be – maybe too thin to be meaningful
