I work directly with a few manufacturers, and I am curious as to how we find people to work with? I am a little lost, as I’m certainly no salesman, and I’m unsure of what, in particular, to do? It seems like there’s no way to really expand, except a manufacturer working with its current clients? Anyways, appreciate any input on here.

A website with your product/services would probably go a long way. Use it for advertising and showing off your products and can have a spot for potential clients to see what you have to offer.

You meet people and ask questions.
    Learn to listen.
Don’t just tell everyone everything. You’ve got to learn what you want & need and then listen so you can figure out who will be a good fit before you ask them.
Then you negotiate from a position of strength & knowledge.
