Congrats, but it’s just ehhhh. I’ve done over $2 million and it’s never ending where you hit every milestone but it’s just empty. Congrats to you though.

Probably not. I stopped going and just been shaving my hair off at home.

I think some owners do not have the funds to continue to turn things around. Some are not willing to take on more debts due to a lot of uncertainty. There are owners that have probably done a lot and more to try to bring in more revenue. Let me ask you a question… are you one of those people to tell other biz owners that it’s their fault because they’re not doing enough?

I do a side hustle and I’m getting people calling in asking for a job and these are company owners where they have to take/looking for a second job.

I hear this all the time and there are so many people that’s saying that it’s your fault for not trying hard enough to sell. Then there are folks saying that things will turn around but not sure when. In the meantime you see your business account dwindling because you’re banking on a change in paying rent, payroll, paying vendors, etc.

So yes… it started getting bad Q4 of last year where B2B customers holding back in our services. I even have clients paying their invoices later. I’m looking to get a job. This 2023 has all been very bad!

The equipment is expensive and the logistics of getting water and legally dumping it is the hardest part. Plus maintenance and repair of hydrololic systems. I looked into this and turned out to be more costly.

I want to pay you as little as possible and pay you when I feel like it.

It’s one thing I’ve learned. Do not go into a franchise. You’re nothing but a glorified manager making pennies on a dollar. If anything copy their model, save yourself a lot of grief, keep all of the profits vice giving it to Franchisor.
