I’m pretty open to working how and when you need to work. Need to be able to get the kids on the bus? Be there when they get home? Dr appointment? Just want to work from home for a bit? It’s all fine and doesn’t need approval as long as your works getting done. A lot of the stuff we do requires hands in the office so we could never do full remote but a hybrid seems to work for us.

Also sounds like your the ah. If you tagged your employees better you wouldn’t have this problem.
