The problem I feel like is that being a consultant, you are selling yourself only.
If you could productize your service (online course, sell training packages delivered by employees etc), you would kind of solve all your time problems.
So, as a business owner who’s got a sales and marketing background too, here’s what I’d do :
Drive thru : Can you do any kind of drive thru service? This is huge at the moment for coffee in Australia at least.
Offers : do you collect customers details and email them offers? Offer them good deals on the slow days.
Loss leader : what % of customers buy the plants etc? Is your coffee underpriced as a loss leader to draw people in to buy the plants? If not, that could be a problem. First coffee per customer should be cheaper than competitors to draw them in.
customer surveys : are you surveying customers for direct feedback? This can really help you understand what’s working and what’s not.

Take your furniture to furniture shops and offer them a cut to stock your product.
Call Interior designers and try to build a partnership with them.
Create content for social media.
Talk to auction houses and show them your pieces, they can list your items.
Door knock wealthy neighbourhoods and leave a flier with photos of your work.
Take photos and sell on Facebook marketplace.
Build a website and try to rank for custom made furniture related keywords in your town/city.
Send furniture to content creators who can review it and get you exposure.
Talk to businesses who sell home/homewares products that aren’t competing with your product that have fancy showrooms - they would love to have beautiful furniture in their showroom and their clients have the money to buy it.
