1 year agoi did, and i messaged my aunt (the family member who bought the defective product) saying hey i got the message from my dad. please, next time just tell me if something is wrong, instead of telling my dad, i can take the constructive criticism feedback, because thats how i can grow and learn. my sincere apologies for the cookies that didn’t turn out correctly, you have 2 options, you can get a full refund or you can get anything in exchange for those cookies. please let me know, thank you. and im so sorry.
i told them they have 2 options, a full refund of their money, or they can get anything else in exchanged from their product that turned defective.
