10 months agoI would second a PEO. It takes all the HR crap off your plate. My company uses Insperity, and although they are pricey I’ve heard zero complaints about them over 10 years.
Also look at regional PEOs. There will be cheaper and may offer better quality service just b/c they are local. (Or they can suck, be sure to get some reviews/references.)
If you care about how the costs are managed, I would not go with ADP. They are very ambiguous with their fees, and I could not get a straight answer from their sales and service reps. They wanted me to change from Insperity and told me about how much more I would save by switching. When I asked for a breakdown, they could never produce any hard numbers.
