How much equity are you offering?

A developer can get any job and be paid relatively well. You’d need to convince someone to invest their time in this product so that it will perhaps grow and be worth something, most likely it will end up being worth nothing, therefore people will rather work for real money rather than equity.

Is your product software? Shouldn’t you be building a team that can improve your mvp once launched? Your product as soon as it hits the market will need improvements etc. The answer is you don’t, you build a tech team.

If you built this yourself, you can build this team. I’d advice you to search for people interested and start shortlisting that team but don’t get co founders or give anyone too much equity.

Why are you considering us and why mx? I learned the hard way that starting is just as hard anywhere so might as well pursue what you really want. Funding in latam is extremely tough right now too so take that into account.
