I would personally shave off the debt, throw the maximum at it and finish it fast, yes you might not have high cash flow, but after paying that debt you will have enough freedom and a much higher cash flow allowing you to invest in the business without much risk, and probably at lower cost than what you have now

  • You are unhappy because you don’t have goals/ targets

If I were you I would try to branch out and include other services like grooming/training and any related field, also always hire part timers for walking, it’s time consuming and creates the least value. If you can find a land for rent/sale where you can set a playground and create other facilities you need, it might make your brand solid Ps you were happy when handling chaos and organizing things, I had that happen to me many times as I helped in the startup environment, I just created new goals and kept ticking them off,it might be the same thing happening to you and the solution might be the same, give it a try

  • Chances are the customer want to keep the item and money, ask them to send you back the item, and then inspect it, if what they are saying is true, send them a new product and refund the shipping price and hope to god you don’t receive a bad review, if they refuse to send it back you can use it as evidence for when they chargeback and hope to god it will be accepted.

Ps both options you are going to get impacted, do a cost vs value analysis in order to pick a more relevant option, and make sure your return policy is well written.

Ps 2 this is just how I see or would manage things, others might give you a better idea so good luck

You can definitely sell to other bake shops/ sell on facebook /etsy … Business is business if one doesn’t want your product it doesn’t mean everyone doesn’t want it. Walk around and ask proudly, there is surely someone who want it and will pay for it.
