We live in a society where about 99% of adults on some level feel and realize that 8 of their best 16 waking hours are spent trying to get a number in a banks website to go up faster than it goes down. Anyone who can escape that hamster wheel and exit the matrix should be ready for some heat from the other hamsters.

Are you buying it with debt? If so it’ll be separate loans for them and you only declare the assessed property value.
