I would refrain from saying as the owner you do the cleaning - I think this may help a little…but if you have a growth mindset you will eventually need employees and wont be able to do the cleaning yourself.
Also - discounts seem like a good idea but when it comes to annual commercial contracts its really just smoke and mirrors. And anyways, the clients you want aren’t the clients who are going to hire you just because you are the cheapest.
