A founder needs to pull the strings.

In order to do it you must know where you at every step of the way, on all fronts.

You need to decode the churn into the cause, for example.

When you decode all the parameters you get a clear look at the guts of your business.

This is the picture a founder needs to see in real time.

I hope the metaphor/analogy helps.

You can learn forever, without doing the work you’ll get nowhere.

And you know what, it’s okay not to put in the work if you don’t want it.

Just don’t complain down the road.

One thing I can say about it is that it’s the hardest to see someone on the screen and wondering if i could ever be there too.

AI can already build a website in 30 seconds.

It’s already automating software processes, until it will program anything alone.

The combination of AI & robots will take every job except those which require human touch like social work and of course all research.

My best advice right now is try to make money from AI before it takes over everything.
