1 year agoWe have a no-questions-asked unlimited PTO policy and we are agnostic as to when and where our staff work.
Fully employer-paid health insurance premiums (for single/couple/family, whatever they want/need) and fully employer-funded maximum HSA contribution.
I use Intuit Quickbooks Online Payroll for a similar size company. It’s pretty easy to use, but I’m also in a financial-related industry so I have lots of experience with payroll. It is NOT a fully outsourced system, I have to go in and run payroll each pay period, process the electronic quarterly/annual filings, etc. The platform makes it very easy to do all of these things.
