We offer our employees a little equity in the company after a year. What do you do the attract talent and keep ‘em around?

    We have a no-questions-asked unlimited PTO policy and we are agnostic as to when and where our staff work.

    Fully employer-paid health insurance premiums (for single/couple/family, whatever they want/need) and fully employer-funded maximum HSA contribution.
