Hi Friends,

I manage a marketing agency where my strengths lean more towards creativity than technical expertise. Finding a suitable cofounder has been challenging, so I’ve resolved to either personally stepping into the technical role or delegating this responsibilities as necessary.

I am in need of operations help from the ground up (where to put files, employee communication, payroll). I need programs, systems, an operation manual.

I’m wondering if anyone can kindly provide a lead on how I should go about this?

Fractional COO will help you. I see similar situations very often. Depending on the company size, it takes between 6m-18m to take a company to the next level. I am talking about Canadian & US companies. I usually address general controls, operations controls, IT controls, etc. and then the implementation part, training and other stuff.
