I am looking to compile a list of next level benefits we could offer our employees that would set us apart. At this point in time, PTO, 401k matches, and paid insurance are base-level pay-to-play. What is a benefit that you have never heard of a company having that you would love!? Think outside the box! (Primary employee demographic 30 year old males with 1-2 kids).

    Something like Errand Forgiveness would be super dope.

    I’d love to have two or three hours a week to take care of things like doctor appointments, car maintenance, etc.

    My company is pretty chill, and let’s us make up time, but it means I end up working through a lot of lunches to cover errands.

    The concept needs to be refined to prevent “that one guy from ruining it” but I have a feeling this would be a popular benefit that wouldn’t set the company back much.

      I like that. One of things we have been pondering which could be similar at least for the errands part (les the dr part) is concierge services. A company or person who could do returns, take your car in to get worked on, run to the dmv, etc.
