My Black Friday/Cyber weekend is going horrendously bad. Down 60% from last year, that bad.

It’s giving me vomit inducing anxiety as I brought in extra stock for this sale and now it’s gonna be hell to pay them off.

I know it’s late but is there anything I can do to turn it around?

    I almost always click on emails titled something like “we made a mistake” for some reason. I think a very transparent email with a good title could be the start of turning this around, along with the other suggestions about embracing cyber Monday week.

    Title: “I’m stupid, and now you save more”

    Body:

    “ This is OP with OP website. We are just a small business run by Cricket enthusiasts (but not website experts). Apparently there were some glitches on our site this past week when you may have been trying to make a purchase.

    My bad.

    To make up for it, we are extending Black Friday pricing for one week. And…for the next 24 hours offering an additional 10% off with the code “MyBad”

    Thanks for supporting our small business. We’ll use this money to hire someone to run our website probably.
