Please forgive me. But I am needing help. I am running a business for 15 years. And another for going on 3. You would think that I would be good at this by now. How do I have a profit if I’m barely surviving. I don’t have any money left over to pay taxes let alone call it a profit. It’s like I’m struggling. And can’t figure this crap out. -Mr. Overwhelmed
You don’t have a profit. You’re selling for more than the immediate cost of the McGuffin, but are not accounting for all of your overhead costs.
And you’re not very good at providing information. So there’s little help to offer.
…You may test raising prices.
…You can try looking through articles for your mystery business type.
…You should always be working to improve your marketing and value proposition.
…Ask yourself if there are efficiencies or opportunities to increase business effectiveness.
Who knows what’s wrong, you’ve communicated nothing. But there are some basics anybody can try. Many haven’t been in business for fifteen years. They’ve repeated that first year fifteen times. You should be looking to work on your business rather than in the business.
Read throughout some of your previous comments.
You OK over there?
Yeah this guy’s being a dick with a dash of feigned helpfulness. I assume people who do this get kicked around all day and aren’t happy in their lives. They’re the smartest person in the room yet no one listens to them.
