What product/software are you using for digital bulletin boards at your buisness. I am looking for something to display upcoming events, awards, anniversaries, .etc. I want to set something up around the coffee area. I am not terribly tech savvy. So simple is good.

I imagine any website builder would work. Point a monitor in the area at the URL with a browser and set it to full screen mode (press F11 on the keyboard usually). DM if you need more help.

There’s a few ways to go about doing this:

    1. Do it yourself with PowerPoint. I work in a marketing agency and my company makes these all the time for various companies and trade shows but they aren’t exactly foolproof. PowerPoint has a memory leak, so every 3 days you will need to restart it. Not the worst thing in the world but kind of a pain in the butt.

    2. Hire an AV company to install the monitor and schedule the media.

    3. Search in Google for “digital POS near me” and you’ll find a ton of companies that basically sell advertising space in retail locations. They may have a system where they can play something that pertains to your business as well. I think these are kind of a scam because you don’t want competitors playing in your location. And also, I think that the CPM metric is incredibly expensive and the reporting for these are terrible. It’s too much money. But as a person who hosts the board rather than someone who buys ad space on it, you probably get the best value.

    4. Like someone else in this thread said, you can run these 24/7 through a website that is basically designed just to play the videos on loop in a schedule. Kind of like a PowerPoint presentation, but without having to deal with that memory loss issue that I mentioned. Any web developer can do this, I have someone on staff that does stuff like this if you have any questions
