Many ERP solutions (Enterprise Resource Planning; the class of software that I think might fit best here), do offer mobile connectivity, but it can often come with tradeoffs. Be sure to sit down and prioritize the features you’re looking for to find the best fit.

Sounds like you want something fairly custom for your workflow. Due to generative AI, the digital art space has become very competitive. You will likely need to spend a lot of time and/or money marketing your brand to get any attention. That or keep trying new niches and following trends to find products that works.
It’s hard to help you with your request as it’s pretty nuanced. If you want to find something that has a low upfront cost you’d be looking at something prebuilt. Prebuilt solutions will likely not have all the features just the way you like it, so it often takes time to drill down exactly what you’re willing to give up on. None the less, a quick web search returned “My Music Staff” that might fit your needs.
If you want to build something from open source components that might closer fit your needs, it will also take a bit of back and forth to drill down the requirements. Either way, the process takes time.

I haven’t dealt with Google My Business specifically as we try to avoid Google all together if possible, but you could try renting a co-working space. There are lots of solutions depending where you live, from a single mailbox, to an actual office with a receptionist.
For the equipment, I’d just take a picture of my home office with desk, computer, chair, etc. and hope for the best. Or rent an office for the verification period and use that.
Might want to consider other forms of advertising as well. Probably not a good idea to rely so heavily on one.
