Like the title says I have a few box trucks, live in Texas and currently my primary income comes from helping a staging company. I also have a couple other designers I work with helping them deliver and pickup furniture. I will do small moves from time to time but don’t really want to venture into the moving territory yet.

Where should I look up for work? What else could I use with my trucks like what kind of things can I deliver/pickup? I was thinking maybe cushions since I do that for a client for their furniture from time to time but not often. I just want my business to grow and create jobs for my people. It’s tough nowadays and usually at the end of the year is when staging companies decrease in work. I need some ideas please!

Local delivery for commercial and industry. Equipment, a couple pallets of stuff, etc that businesses trade with each other on projects

Charge $350 for in town b2b with 30 min load and 30 min exit. Probably need a liftgate though or be sick high

What about moving but only for rich people. Mansions with 10,000$ couches. People who wont think twice about a high rate.

Vinyl decals, business cards, and yard signs are your immediate go-to’s. I’m going to send you a DM about it!

I have an client acquisition sales agency that focuses on getting contracts and work for “trucking” companies with shippers and manufacturing companies.

    Perhaps we should chat.

A lot of the small companies do not have proper sales departments and their growth stalls.
