It’s business. Not personal.
Just a word to the wise; do not say that phrase to the employee.
Cuts both ways honestly
They can always and should get a better job if given the opportunity
Its just capitalism. Don’t try to be a “family”
There is no such thing and neither the employer or employee should expect “family”. It makes me crazy when that term is thrown around. Everyone (as they should) acts in their own rational best interest.
