Its that time of year. What do you do for your employees? Party/Dinner, Gifts, $$$. If $$$ how much? Based on what?
Normally I do both a dinner and $$$ bonus equal to an average paycheck.

I had 5 FT employees. For Thanksgiving I gave them $100 supermarket gift card for Turkey, ham whatever.
For Christmas, usually 2 people received a small bonus.
I gave a weeks pay to everyone either late summer or early fall. I didn’t want there to be an expectation of a year end bonus.
Throughout the year, we would do small things.
