Haven’t heard many horror stories about gusto is any at all. Really love using them for my 2 businesses. Super easy to navigate and figure out especially if you’re a beginner to payroll. My wife took on our payroll with 0 experience for 15 employees in 2 businesses. And gusto isn’t even the most expensive option.
