We offer our employees a little equity in the company after a year. What do you do the attract talent and keep ‘em around?

    Start with the premise that work sucks and 99.9% of people don’t want to be working for you instead of thinking that your business is the end all/be all and the little dead end jobs you have are supposed to be wonderful.
