Your success in selling is determined largely by your answer to that question.
Ideally i’m selling what people DESPERATELY NEED
What people want to buy.
I sell drugs
I think in some occasions that‘s the same thing. If in doubt, chose the latter lol
both 😃 personal training, i sell service and enjoy helping people by really doing something for them, and i get paid for their happines that they really want :)
You sell them these micro moments ( each training session) along their journey and quest to becoming a better version of themselves ( google jobs-to-be-done)
I keep reminding my clients, you ( me - or - the service provider) are not the HERO in the story, the customer IS and they are on the hero’s journey ( Joseph Campbell’s book a hero of a thousand faces - hero’s journey framework can be applied to every good movie story / script) We are but a Sherpa guiding them along their progress path(way) 💯 👍
I love that framing 👍
Is this a trick question?
Because my business is not selling anything…
How do you make money then?
What’s your business then?
Does anyone’s burning passion really saas?
BOTH
…but they need bravery
That’s a tough business selling something that you need to be brave to buy. My customers don’t need to do anything to buy from me.
All I ask of my clients is to face their mortality
Both, but mostly what the people want to buy.
Yes.
I sell funny underwear. People love them and I love creating and selling them. Random Stock Apparel
Best of both worlds. What kinda revenue you doing?
Always sell what people want to buy
I wish people wanted to buy what I want to sell lol
Yes. I love what I do.
Both! I have a rule, I’ll never sell something I wouldn’t like myself
Yes
