Hey!

I got big niche community with over 30k members and job board around that - the first IT job.
The people are mid, senior developers mostly (it started in 2017).

Does anyone has an idea how to monetize that not by selling job offers? Or would anyone jump as a partner to make it possible? I’m ready to share a piece of cake.

This is a great base for build stable business I think.
