I made a website for an entertainment venue where their patrons could by tickets to seating charts online… $16K of design and custom development work to complete this site. They made their money back after the first show. They do this multiple times a WEEK.
Why take a single rent payment each month when you can take MULTIPLE?

Seriously. Raise the cost of the product to account for the insurance. This should NOT be optional. Making it optional is not only a dumb business decision as someone that ships products but it also opens you up to scams where you’re always going to be at a loss.
You mentioned a couple of times cutting your losses but then described your business model as drop shipping customized items from printify. How big would your losses be? What is your main method of advertising? How are people finding you? If you’re trying to drive people to your website, how good is your website?
Buff City Soap. It’s a place here in Arizona, I don’t think they’re around anymore, but the font they picked for their logo is awful. It looks like “Butt City Soup” 🤦🏾♂️
