I had a similar business, similar size staff, sales, etc. I sold it two years ago for 3.75M. I paid some severance, paid off some debt, put 2.9M in the market, watched the Fed turn that into 2M which sucks, but the dividends I make means I never have to work again, no stress. You sound like you got a great deal when you bought it. You just need to find a venture capital company interesting in buying it from you.
There are “Want to” and “Have to” services and products. Things you want, or things you have to have. Selling people what they want or what they need is better than selling something no one wants or needs. But market and advertise differently for the two different types.
