Try to talk with your parents. They should know you don’t want to own the business one day - even if you are helping now. They truly want you to have something that is yours one day and to be financially stable, which are great intentions.
In the meantime, grow and perfect the YouTube thing… then you will know if it is something you can live from or if you need to keep your family business. You are young - enjoy both for now
You are young and could recover if you quit now. I encourage you to strategically grow your you tube to a point that it makes money. Also, how much are you investing in 401k and IRA? That $30k could be locked and growing steadily towards an early retirement.
