For general strategy, I recommend “Foundations of Strategy by Robert M. Grant”. It’s quite old, but the content makes sense and it has some good case studies as well.

In marketing there are three categories that you need to align with the competitors and choose one to excel more than them:

1. Product - this is about what you use to clean and whether there are advantage to this over what your competitors use
2. Operational - this is about how you do it. It’s whether you can do it faster, you can cut the cost higher, or you have a better after sales service
3. Relationship - this is about you and your customer, how close you are to them. The closer you are, the less likely they will choose others despite of difference in price and service

It looks clean and nice. I think you need to add how you are going to ensure that the fund is safe. There are plenty fund thief through robot trading platform nowadays.

Turn it into a business proposal first, then ask relevant people whether they think the chance is good that the app will be successful.

Twenty years is quite a long time. Turnover for games is like 3-5 years. Software is longer, but within ten years, it’s difficult to stay. Metaverse has a chance to be quite long, but it’s also very seasonal.

For twenty years, it should be something more like an ecosystem. If you want to build one, I think you should consider IoT. Start simple from place that you like in your house like toilet, terrace, basement, etc.
