make a policy of a few grace hours a month or a year and after that simply don’t pay them. might not be fraud but at some point people need to not be treated like little kids where you tell them not to do something and they keep doing it
and don’t waste time on fridays. tell them to come see you the next work day

if you do this then at least have different coffee varieties. i like dark roast like starbucks and usually avoid the indie shops cause they tend to have barely roasted sour tasting coffee. and buy good quality coffee no matter the roast.
and have real good food too. seems like most places it’s either or and I end up spending money at different businesses. Except this one place in Fort Collins Colorado that had amazing muffins. two more in the area that had good coffee and food. otherwise most good coffee shops i’ve seen have average food at best
if you ship stuff like this via USPS you should be buying insurance and signature verification
