What do you usually sell (any fragile objects)? And how do you tend to package them? Do they ever get broken?

UPS/FEDEX both have packing rules on the website and there are materials for this
your package has to survive a 3 foot fall and why legit retailers send larger packages with small items full of material to take the shock of a fall
