I feel you.

After I sold my business. I was lost for 3 months. I basically could lean retire but I felt empty.

I decided to go get a job.

now I torture my manager the same ways my staff used to torture me. it brightens my day.

work for someone until your non compete ends then do the exact same business again.

Why not pay someone to do the marketing instead of wasting time and money to trial and error on the ads? I wasted alot of money and time figuring out the best way to do my ads.

End up, my friend introduced me and I hired this company out of Singapore to market my education business and I now have too many students than I or my teachers know what to do with. Happy problems.

Anyway, I’ve already prepaid and I have one more month of service left. I can give you that 1 month to try out if you like. =)

starting and scaling a business requires 2 different skillset.

I sold my business earlier than I wanted but I was lucky because in the next few months, covid hit and the entire business nosedived.

I sold based on a hunch that bad days were coming. the feeling is coming again that bad days are coming.

loan sharks and money laundering enterprise does this in Asia. We call these ppl “dua bei gong”, which is a diety that protects business. aka the fall guy. And most are paid ALOT.

You might as well sign over your bank accounts and passport while you are at it.

just ignore it.

as a layman customer, we are not stupid. if I see a business under fire like thst, I’ll just ignore it esp if I see that the bad reviews are so close together.

this is not new and most of us know that such things happen. Will just be curious about what happened but won’t really care.

I will call the tax man on her. pretty sure she didn’t pay tax. May not move her from ur store front but I want to make her life miserable.

AND

sign a contract with her for her goods to take a percentage of her sales on CONSIGNMENT. within the contract, I’ll sign a non compete whereby she’s not allowed to compete with me for business in this territory. and also have a fixed retail price.
