Make sure you have things at different price points. I see so many vendors only have super high priced items, which leads to polite browsing but few sales.
Have your nice high end things there, but then also things less than 20 or even 10 dollars that can be more impulse buys. Even better if they are simple enough to make a lot of but still unique. People will remember those things and be more likely to come back in the future for the higher priced things
We found that it was much cheaper for employees to get their own insurance from healthcare.gov than anything we could get as a business, and they usually got better coverage as well that way.
Extremely frustrating, though — it makes it very hard for small businesses to compete benefits-wise with big corporations.
