Not to burst you bubble, but yes they were popular way back when. No one uses any type of business directly for the most part, unless perhaps it’s a local city’s chamber of commerce. People just search google, or a search engine.

If you’re iin a city such as San Fran or any of the democrat 3rd world cities you are screwed. Just check on twitter how they literally steal in broad daylight because they know Law enforcement doesn’t care and the city doesn’t care. Do like the rest of the businesses and move to greener pastures.
Or you could do like walgreens put everything behind locked glass cases or at the very least the most valuable items., or do like toys r us used to do back in the day for video games lol, put one of the items in a display area and have little slips of paper with bar codes on it that they bring to the counter.
Realistically you don’t want staff having to be the police and fight off wild animals as that’s opening up a serious can of worms.
Some stores here occasionally do a public shaming where they post a picture of thieves to their social and ive noticed they get caught quick or it gets resolved quick.
Bottomline is you want to make it as hard as possible to steal in the first place because once they do no one cares but you.
You’re experiencing what we call the BIDEN BOOM BABY!
It’s what we were promised when the corpse in chief got 81 MILLION VOTES, THE MOST IN HISTORY!
We got no mean tweets and a return to decency, but also got sky high inflation, massive increase to every single cost you can imagine, sky high cost of living, increase in taxes, increase in food costs - everything!
Lucky for you and me we will continue to get no mean tweets, but unfortunately won’t be able to afford to live and it’s just going to continue when biden gets 91 MILLION MAIL IN VOTES BABY to continue our return to decency.
I really never understand why these guys can’t just be more personal in a pitch. I get the need for businesses to do cold sales - but damn man it’s always this jargon filled slop followed by “care to hop on a quick call”. One dude sent me his video pitch but looked like he was in his moms basement and half the words were misspelled.
Like I will occasionally cold email, but I’ll always do my best to make it sound personal and quick.
Your always gonna get cold stuff - for me I put filters in thunderbird and for any stuff that I need to sign up for I use a second email that I still check. You could prolly put “hop on a call” in your filter and send half of them to spam. I don’t get why these dudes think I’d instantly want to hop on a call.
How is a random website making money? Through ads? Store?
