  • It’s quite simple. Only one thing actually matters: eating less. It’s just the execution is hard, mostly because of habits.

    Here is what works for me. Eat three meals with fixed amount of food, just enough to be full. It’s ok being hungry between meals. Only water can go in mouth after 6 pm. This strategy also eliminates stress and comfort over eating, and quite healthy too. With this, I am lossing around 5kg per month.
