I’m having a hard time understanding how you end up in the green from only 15 jars of honey on a $2k investment. I’m guessing these are very large containers that are being broken into smaller jars?

In the process of doing this now and it is certainly tough to juggle both, but definitely manageable. Just be sure to love the business or at least have a near-term plan (either to transition to your business full time, or to hire people to operate it eventually).
