I would go back to the 9 to 5 job. Yeah right now it makes 50% of the family business total. But in 5 years, you will probably be making more than the family business with your job alone. Plus that will require a minimal amount of effort. You can definitely have time to spend on hobbies like a YouTube side channel. Working 12 hours a day 7 days a week is just not worth it. Even if that business paid you a $1M salary, you are going to get cooked working those long hours. I know it might be hard. But tell your parents no thank you. They can sell the business. There is probably a good reason why they are exiting.
