Find a problem you’re motivated to solve. You can’t find problems doing nothing, so challenge yourself until you hit a wall. Talk to people and listen to them complain.
Find a gap in the market
Don’t sell dog walking ,-- sell dog training and it comes with dog walking options.
You have some problems that could be solved first. Once you expand you have that constant pressure of higher expenses. Resolving the staffing issues now would be great.
Look into possible partnerships with other studios who would like to split the workload.
