  • Something like less than 1% of cold calling leads to actual sales, including emailing. Best thing to do with notification emails is give them a reason to look instead of just being like “hey, we’re here too!”. Something like a 15% discount, some useful advice, some insider info that will make them feel “in the know” for checking in on your emails. Also, remember to utilise emails to retain current customers instead of trying to gain new ones. It’ll show your current customers that you’re going above and beyond, and that you haven’t forgotten about them (so long as you’re not constantly spamming these emails, that is…)
