So there is this group in London, called Rare Founders, I have been watching this youtuber https://www.youtube.com/@FoundersJourney-zu2pq feel free to reach out he seems friendly and prob connect you with some technical cofounders in your area.
So if only 2 founders and not alot investeed on both sides, yes clients are very very important for feedback loops and for him to get paying customers matters alot. But to say 23% not knowing the dynamic and you are the technical cofounder you are kind of getting screwed. The average for 2 founders is 55/45 for the key founder and no product yet. I would say that should be your go to without knowing the relationship, the tech stuff matter significantly so dont let yourself be undervalued.
Notion is really good, Jira if you can get access that what all the corps use to put stuff in sprints, I am a product manager so I do this stuff daily, feel free to reach out, I don’t mind helping y’all out
